Investment Circle, Switzerland
Richard Gilmore named Strategic Board Member of Investment Circle (icircle.ch), an investment group focusing on direct investments and helping asset managers grow their business through private equity, credit, real estate, and asset and wealth management structuring and re-structurings.  Primary responsibilities in food technology space. 

Acquisition Mandate: Private Client.
GIC has the exclusive mandate to identify, evaluate and conduct due diligence on target companies in the animal health and nutrition sector and their proprietary products.

Wholesale Trade Privatization, Republic of Kazakhstan. World Bank
GIC assisted the World Bank in preparing a strategy for privatizing the former, state-owned distribution system in a manner that maximizes new entry and introduces channel competition.

Business Planning and Evaluation, Acquisition of a Brazilian Grain Trading Company. Private Client
GIC provided financial analysis, foreign currency risk minimization strategy, share valuation, deal structuring, corporate governance assessment, market analysis, and analysis of the Brazilian grain trade and macroeconomic environment for a private client in its acquisition of Eximcoop, a large Brazilian grain trading company.
