Washington Post reports today that API (oil/gas industry lobby group) “edging closer to endorse carbon tax.” Catch trade-off — tax as alternative to government regs. Surprise? Just shows carbon tax can be a trap. Our CPC (commodity plus carbon) contracts–better way to go.
